Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month (or yearly if you choose) and you can cancel from Settings at any moment. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Is my data private?
Your files live in encrypted storage that only your account can open. We never sell data and process everything in line with the GDPR — see our Privacy Policy.
Does it work with my accountant?
Yes. Export a clean CSV per period with vendor, date, net, VAT rate and total, and email or upload it straight to your bookkeeper.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free forever and needs no payment details. Add a card only when you upgrade.
Paid plans are billed in euro. Need something bigger? Talk to us.
